Winnings Explained
Where Do the Spin Winnings Really Go?
Reading this before you spin saves confusion once the reels stop
What Is the A$4 Cap For?
Spinning a bonus at more than A$4 a round breaks the terms, so check the stake shown on screen before each paid round.
A Full 39 Days to Clear
Counting starts when the spins land in your account and runs for 39 days, so a late start eats into the time you have.
Small Pot, Fixed Ceiling
Cashing out from the spins without deposit is capped at A$50, so anything the wagering builds beyond that stays in the account.
The 29-Times Turnover Figure
Winnings must be turned over 29 times before they leave the bonus balance, and only settled bets count toward that total.
Six Terms
Twenty Spins With a Cashout Ceiling: 2026
The 20 no deposit spins put A$2.00 of play on Fire Joker, and the condition most players miss is the A$50 cashout cap.

Spin Worth
See What Each Spin Is Actually Worth
Multiply the spins by their value, apply the slot's RTP for the expected win, then the wagering of that win. It is an estimate; the table holds the figures.
It removes the fear that spins vanish because one small step was missed.
Which Offer Fits You?
Look through the offers and pick the one matching your deposit and slot. Note its code, its spin value and the day it lapses.
Your Code Lands in the Bonus Tab
Enter the code in the bonus section of your account before the activation window closes. A code typed after that window gives nothing.
Before the Spins Show, One Slot
The spins sit on one game only. Open that slot rather than another, since stakes are fixed and another slot shows nothing.
Keep Each Bet Under the Cap
Winnings from the spins stay as bonus until the wagering is met. Play slots below the maximum bet and finish inside the days allowed.

Spins That Come From Everyday Habits
It shows that spins also arrive outside the main packages, from habits you already keep.
Fund Your Account Again
Make a deposit of at least A$40 with the code 75ICEROUND and open Buffalo King Megaways. The 75 spins carry a fixed value of A$0.20 each.

Is My Email Confirmed?
Confirm the address you registered with and collect 5 spins on Bonanza Megaways, each worth A$0.10, with 35x wagering on the winnings.

First Visit Through the App
Sign in through the app rather than a browser to receive 10 spins on Ultimate Hot at A$0.10, and these carry no wagering requirement at all.
10 × A$0.10 · Ultimate Hot · No wagering
The Slot of the Week
Deposit from A$30 on the slot of the week to take 100 spins on Tiki Tumble, A$0.10 each, with the winnings wagered 35x in 5 days.

What Will the Wheel Give?
Spin the daily wheel for a chance at up to 10 spins among its prizes. Prizes rotate, so what appears today may differ tomorrow.
Seven Reasons Spins Go Missing
Spins Missing: What Went Wrong?
The support team keeps a record of every offer, which settles most of these quickly
When You Open a Different Slot
Spins unlock in the slot named in the offer and stay hidden elsewhere, so reopen that one game and the count should be there.
Open Slot Again
Activation registers the spins but the game keeps old settings until you refresh, so close the tab and load it again.
Check Your Account Country
Offers are tied to eligible regions, so confirm with support that your account country meets the terms before claiming.
You Have Not Claimed Them
A code has to be entered in the bonus area of your account before the spins appear, so visit that section and claim them.
At the Last Check
Clear Answers Before You Claim
You will know who licenses the casino and how spin winnings reach your balance.
trustCan I trust a casino licensed outside Australia?+
Yes, and the operator behind the spins holds an Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority licence, ALSI-942258. That licence sets the terms this page quotes, including spin values and wagering. Nothing on the page sits outside those rules.
trustWhen can I use my spins on my phone?+
Every spin opens in the mobile browser, and the app runs the same slots. Spins stay on one named slot, so the value does not move between games. Take them whenever your balance shows them, since expiry follows the offer's own days.
trustWhat if I want the biggest bundle of spins?+
The most this casino hands out is 257, the welcome total across three deposits: 192, then 35, then 30, all on Razor Shark. Codes 149SILVER, 65MEGAWELCOME and 45PRIMESTART apply in that order, and the smallest entry is A$7.
trustWhat happens when a spin pays out?+
A spin value such as A$0.20 is the stake behind one turn, not money paid to you. Winnings land as bonus money and stay bonus until the wagering is cleared, so A$38.40 of turns rarely means A$38.40 in hand.
trustWhen can I take spin winnings out?+
Once wagering on the winnings is met, the bonus converts and you request a withdrawal. Minimum is A$18 and the cap is A$36,000, with payouts typically around six minutes after approval. Verification can take up to 32 hours first.

Free spins never oblige you to keep playing or to deposit again, and a claim can sit unused without cost. Deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cooling-off and self-exclusion sit in your account, while Gambling Help Online, Gamblers Anonymous Australia and Lifeline Australia offer outside support.
Self-exclusion. This blocks your account for a set period, so no spins, no deposits and no play reach you.
Deposit limits. A cap on money paid in keeps each session or week within the figure you choose.
Loss limits. A loss cap with session reminders tells you when to stop rather than chase a bonus round.
